These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "you") and CodeMarkeet ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and purchase of digital products including Android application source code, web templates, and related documentation ("Products"). By accessing our website CodeMarkeet.dev) or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

After payment verification, Products are delivered via Google Drive link sent to your WhatsApp number or email. Delivery typically occurs within 5-30 minutes during business hours (10AM-10PM BST). You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect WhatsApp numbers or spam filters.

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Products.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your purchase credentials.
• You agree to use Products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code beyond authorized use.
• You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your purchased Products.

• Reselling/Redistribution: You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the source code or template as a standalone product.
• Unauthorized Sharing: Sharing your download link or files with non-licensed individuals.
• Malicious Use: Using Products to create malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Copyright Removal: Removing copyright notices from Standard License products (Extended License allows removal).
• Competitive Copying: Using our Products to create a direct competing marketplace or template store.

All Products, including source code, designs, documentation, and branding, are the exclusive property of CodeMarkeet or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and international intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that we retain all right, title, and interest in the original Products. Your license does not transfer ownership; it grants only usage rights as described in Section 2.

• Standard License: 12 months of free updates and technical support (24/7 WhatsApp).
• Extended/Team License: Lifetime updates and priority support (1-hour response).
• What Support Includes: Installation assistance, bug fixes for core code, documentation guidance.
• What Support Excludes: Custom modifications, third-party integration issues, or hosting/server problems.

After the support period expires, you may renew at 50% of the original price or purchase one-time support tickets ($29 each).

AS-IS BASIS: Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party software. While we strive for quality, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Demo versions and previews are available to allow you to test suitability before purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeMarkeet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use or inability to use our Products. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodeMarkeet, its employees, directors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of any Product; (c) your violation of third-party rights; or (d) any content you create using our Products that infringes intellectual property or violates laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Products and support immediately without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product, delete all copies of source code, and certify compliance upon request. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be notified via email (to registered purchasers) or a website banner. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
