1 Agreement Overview

These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you ("Customer", "Licensee") and CodeMarkeet. By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products, including Android source codes, web templates, scripts, and documentation. You agree to be bound by these terms.

2 License Grant & Usage Rights

Upon successful payment, CodeMarkeet grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased digital product. Usage permissions vary based on the license tier acquired:

Unauthorized redistribution, re-licensing, or resale of source code is strictly prohibited.

3 Purchases & Payments

Payments are processed via authorized financial gateways, including bKash and international payment processors. Customers must provide accurate transaction verification information. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and applicable regional taxes or processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4 Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital source codes, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once delivered. Limited refund requests are evaluated case-by-case under specific exceptions:

Unresolved material defect preventing core product functionality. Materially inaccurate product description or feature listing. Duplicate payments caused by verified payment gateway errors.

5 Product Delivery

Upon payment verification, product access links (Google Drive / Secure Server) are delivered directly to your provided email or WhatsApp number. The standard delivery window is 5 to 30 minutes during operating business hours.

6 User Obligations

Buyers must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, protecting received download links, complying with applicable legal regulations, and promptly reporting any unauthorized product usage.

7 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share standalone source code files. Remove proprietary copyright notices or branding headers from raw code. Utilize products for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious applications. Use products to build competing marketplace services or platforms.

8 Intellectual Property

CodeMarkeet and its licensors retain full ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in and to all original source code, design assets, and documentation. Purchasing a license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

9 Support & Updates

Standard licenses include 12 months of software updates and support; Extended/Team licenses receive priority support and lifetime updates. Support includes installation guidance and core bug fixes. Custom feature modifications and third-party hosting server configurations are excluded.

10 Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. CodeMarkeet makes no warranties that products will meet every custom requirement or operate uninterrupted across all third-party server environments.

11 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CodeMarkeet be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our cumulative financial liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product.

12 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CodeMarkeet from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of products, or infringement of third-party rights.

13 Termination

CodeMarkeet reserves the right to terminate product access or support licenses in the event of Terms violations. Upon termination, you must cease using the product and destroy all copies.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall first undergo informal resolution; if unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in Dhaka through BIAC.

15 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be communicated on our site or via email.
